Laptop Cover

This cover is designed for users of ruggedised laptops in dirty/dusty environments. The product is has individual covers that fit securely into the unused ports. These covers offer protection against the environment, keeping the internal circuitry clean and connections free of dust or moisture.

Snap Window Lock

HD were asked to develop a new robust, key operated window lock. The design brief for this project was to reduce part count, be non-handed for use on both sides of a window frame and with strong aesthetic appeal. All requirements were achieved and the final result incorporated parts already in production, to reduce further design & manufacturing costs.

Recycling Bin

Brief: To design a unique recycling system for use in the home. Solution: A unique home & portable recycling system that allows the user to separate their rubbish, the bin uses a swivel system to let the user place their rubbish in the correct compartment.

MP3 Player

The scope was to concept and design a new MP3 music player that would be aimed at a certain market within the retail music hardware industry. The design of this MP3 player was based on simplicity so it would benefit the young and older generation of music lovers.

Stove

Extra weight and bulkiness is a hazard when camping, this innovative stove design cuts down on these two problems. The camping stove has a unique burning system that allows two burners to be used by one canister or dual fuel. The stove is tucked neatly within a plastic enclosure for easy storage & transportation.

Surveillance Handset

An electronic hand controller designed for discreet surveillance usage by security service personal.

Utility Vehicle

Haughton Design were tasked with designing and developing a load bay and seating area for a utility vehicle used in the Ground Care industry. The design was developed to be extremely robust by the extensive use of large foam filled rotary mouldings.

CommShelf (License for manufacture available)

This modern design of floating shelf solves issues of messy and unsightly electrical cables in the home. This design will be one of a range of cable management solutions for the home.

Brush Bunny

The Brush Bunny is our third product developed with our clients for use in the adult toy market. When visiting Haughton Design many of our clients seem more interested in these products than their own? The Brush Bunny certainly made an impact when it arrive in the market place and even had a prime spot on the Jonathan Ross show!

Medical Inspection Light

Our client asked us to design a stylish and modern type of Medical Inspection light which would be used in Private Healthcare Hospitals. The light can be operated by both the patient and the doctor, it was essential that it needed to be easy to use as well as being easy to clean.
