At Haughton Design we offer product design and development services from initial concept design, through to CAD services and manufacturing support. In addition to this, we have a range of additional "bolt-on" services.
Conceptual Design
We can offer conceptual design for both functional products and from a styling point of view.
Our service includes discovery and brainstorming sessions, product research, feasibility studies, human factors and ergonomic considerations, design trend analysis, sketch design and development, 3D sketch models, and 3D computer modelling.
Prototype Design
Not only are we able to help you design your product, we are also able to make it ready to be prototyped. When your design reaches this stage, we can offer suggestions of companies to use for your prototyping needs.
Design and Detail for Manufacture
With our extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production methods, we can ensure that your products will be suitable for manufacture, taking into consideration things such as cost and materials. Our consultants can be used to identify or liaise with suppliers or partners to smooth the process until the product is launched.
Consultancy Services
As part of our consultancy services, we can offer design practice/ strategy, manufacturing processes, materials experts, innovation mentoring, training/workshops, brand development and corporate identity.
CAD Services Haughton Design provides engineering design, consultancy, sub-contract CAD and drawing services for our clients,
using the latest SolidWorks , CATIA v5 or AutoCAD CAD technology. We aim to develop long term relationships by
providing a high quality and cost effective design service. Our fully qualified design engineers are
experienced sub-contract CAD service professionals who are fully competent
in the CAD software that
we use. We can also draw on our numerous design associates for further knowledge if your
project is unusual or extremely specific.
